Your registration will grant you access to a private client portal, where you can log in using your username and password. From this area you can check the status, modify and pay your reservations.

The purchase of tickets will always be done through a registered user. Your registration will also allow you to access the client private area, identifying yourself with your user name and password. From this area you can:
Consult the status of your purchases.
Modify your reservations as long as the payment for them has not yet been made.
Pay for your reservations.
Reprinting of the issue notes. Payment of the reservation must be made 7 days before the visit, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Tickets may be purchased between 7 days and 24 hours before the visit, but in this case, no reservation can be made and the tickets must be paid for directly. The minimum number of persons for a group is 10. Only 8 reservations per use and day can be made. On the day of the visit you must accredit the reservation. Those who made the payment for the total amount of the purchase will be sent an issue note attached as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided. Those that only made the reservation will receive a confirmation e-mail.
